Product description
- Specifically developed for use in immunoassay procedures
- The buffers are formulated from chemicals of analytical quality
- The tablets are able to pass easily through the neck of a standard laboratory
bottle (types: Duran or Pyrex, etc.)
Content
1 tablet or 1 pouch dissolved in its corresponding solution volume (100 l, 50 l,
25 l, 10 l, 1000 ml, 500 ml, 200 ml or 100 ml) of deionized water yields:
- 0.14 M sodium chloride
- 0.0027 M potassium chloride
- 0.01 M phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 25° C
Storage and Stability
- Store at room temperature
- Stable for 3 years
Instructions for use
Drop a magnetic stir bar in a standard laboratory bottle or a beaker and put it
on the magnetic stirrer. Dissolve 1 tablet or the content of 1 pouch in the
appropriate amount of deionized water. Within a few minutes the buffer is
ready to use.
